When will my order arrive?

Orders take 2 days to fulfil as all of our meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients, once ordered you will receive a notification confirming the delivery/ collection time

Will you always have the same dishes on your menu?

No, our menu is ever changing while we try to keep up with current food trends and experiment with tasty dishes to satisfy your cravings

What Payment methods can I use?

At the moment we are using Snap Scan or Yoco. With Hygiene being our top priority we are not handling cash at all.

Are you kosher?

Unfortunately we are not Beth Din Certified.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Please note due to the current situation we find ourselves in. no refunds/returns will be accepted

Why is my food not hot when it arrives?

As we are not a fast food chain but rather a HOME kitchen, we prepare our food with love and patience, and we deliver it ourselves. Our meals are easily re-heatable and can be frozen should you wish to do so.

How do I re-heat my food?

Our containers are oven friendly but unfortunately not microwave friendly. Please take extra caution when heating in the oven as the containers are VERY good conductors of heat.
